A lawyer with vast experience in Public Law (advisory and litigation), Maria Fernanda Pessati Toledo provides legal advisory and opinions in cases of administrative misconduct, public civil actions, public contracts, and electoral matters. She holds a Master's degree in Constitutional Law from PUC-SP, is a Doctoral candidate in Developments, Societies, and Territories at the Portuguese University (UTAD-PT), and is a researcher at Columbia University (NY) in the field of government policies.
She also holds a postgraduate degree in Public Policy Management from the University of São Paulo (USP) and in Constitutional Law from the Higher School of Law. She was an assistant professor at PUC-SP (2013 to 2018) and has been a full professor since 2017 in postgraduate courses in Municipal Law and in Management and Social Control of Public Policies at the School of Management and Public Accounts of the Court of Auditors of the Municipality of São Paulo. She has conducted numerous courses and lectures on public and electoral law at the School of Auditors of TCM/SP, COGEAE-PUC/SP, and Damásio College.
She is the author of several legal articles and co-author of the books "Municipal Elections 2016" and "Municipal Elections 2020."
