    Clarissa de Faro
    Teixeira Höfling

    Founding Partner

    Graduated in Law in 2003, Clarissa is a specialist in Economic Criminal Law from Getúlio Vargas Foundation in São Paulo (GVLaw), holds a postgraduate degree in Economic and European Criminal Law from the University of Coimbra (Portugal), and is a specialist in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at the Paulista School of Law (EPD).

    She also holds a postgraduate degrees in Corporate Governance and Compliance from INSPER (Institute of Education and Research) and in Risk Management and Compliance from FIA Business School. Additionally, she completed an extension course in Strategic Legal Management at the latter institution.

    She is a member of the Institute for the Defense of the Right to Defense (IDDD), a mentor in the WoMentor - Women's Mentoring Program at FGV Law SP in 2021, and served on the 4th Ethics Tribunal of the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB-SP) from 2019 to 2021. Currently, she is the president of the 4th Chamber of the Ethics Tribunal of OAB-SP. She is a full member of IASP (Institute of Lawyers of São Paulo) and on the Criminal Law Commission of the same institute, as well as a Criminal Compliance professor at Damásio Educacional.
